Press Release Summary = This press release is to inform as man people as possible
about the change of format of fire iron Magazine online to a website more relevant
to those member of the body of Christ

Press Release Body = In order to better represent what the goals of the website and
magazine are, Fire Iron Magazine and Fire Iron Online are converting the format from
a complete open magazine to and a magazine geared at attracting those individuals
interested in ways of building not just their bodies but also the body of Christ

We will still cover contest do interviews, have diet and exercise instructions, but
the main goal will be to provide men and women of Christ that are interested in the
bodybuilding, fitness and sports in general with a place to interact a grow both
spiritually and physically.

We have open a new forum located at www.fire-iron-online.com/phpBB/index.php this is
now open for those individuals wanting to begin discussions. There are two
categories for the forum right now bodybuilding and fitness but other will be added
as the interest grows.

We also will be putting into print a bi-monthly magazine which we hope to have in
all the local gyms, health food stores in the Philadelphia area. This very same
magazine will be available to our newsletter members free of charge! In the magazine
you will have coupon from gyms, health food stores and other business in the local
Philadelphia area so make sure you get a copy.

We hope that fire-Iron-Online will develop into as strong a website and meeting
place for men and women of Christ as midwestchristianbodybuilding the organization
for which the idea of this site came from. More over we hope to develop in time
events and meeting for those living on the east coast to fellowship with strong like
minded men and women

However before this vision can even began to develop I need individuals like those
